Fenugreek Seeds are packed with antioxidants, vitamins, nutrients, and have high protein and nicotinic acid content that has been known to not only help with thinning and falling hair but dryness and scalp issues as well. A little goes a long way as it is a Serum (thicker consistency). Apply a little to hair to detangle before your wash, use it as a hot oil treatment, or place on scalp and massage in thoroughly and then through hair ends after washing and style as usual. Use as a hair mask by placing oil throughout scalp and hair shaft, let sit for 30 minutes rinse and enjoy.
